What is AgileAI Coach?

AgileAI Coach is an AI-powered companion for agile practitioners. It offers role-specific coaching, ceremony facilitation guides (Sprint Planning, Daily Standup, Sprint Review, Retrospective), action item tracking, team morale check-ins, and a curated learning library.

How do I get started?

Open the app, choose your role (Scrum Master, Product Owner, Developer, or Team Lead) in your Profile, and head to the Coach tab to ask your first question. The AI tailors its guidance to the role you select.

How does the free trial and subscription work?

Subscriptions and any free trial are managed through your Apple App Store account. You can view, change, or cancel your subscription at any time in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your device. If you cancel during a free trial, you won't be charged.

How do I restore a purchase?

If you reinstalled the app or switched devices, open the app and use the restore option on the subscription screen, or ensure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

Is the AI's advice always correct?

AgileAI Coach uses AI to generate guidance. Responses may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete and do not constitute professional advice. Always apply your own judgment in your specific context.

How is my data handled?

We take your privacy seriously. See our Privacy Policy for full details on what we collect and how it's used. You can permanently delete your account and data at any time via our account deletion page.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account in the app (Profile → Account → Delete Account) or via our public deletion page, which works even if the app is uninstalled.

Wie funktionieren die kostenlose Testphase und das Abonnement?

Abonnements und eine etwaige kostenlose Testphase werden über Ihr Apple-App-Store-Konto verwaltet. Sie können Ihr Abonnement jederzeit unter Einstellungen → [Ihr Name] → Abonnements auf Ihrem Gerät einsehen, ändern oder kündigen. Bei Kündigung während der Testphase entstehen keine Kosten.

Wie stelle ich einen Kauf wieder her?

Wenn Sie die App neu installiert oder das Gerät gewechselt haben, nutzen Sie die Option zum Wiederherstellen auf dem Abonnement-Bildschirm oder stellen Sie sicher, dass Sie mit derselben Apple-ID angemeldet sind, die für den ursprünglichen Kauf verwendet wurde.

Sind die Hinweise der KI immer korrekt?

AgileAI Coach verwendet KI zur Erstellung von Hinweisen. Antworten können gelegentlich ungenau oder unvollständig sein und stellen keine fachliche Beratung dar. Wenden Sie stets Ihr eigenes Urteilsvermögen in Ihrem konkreten Kontext an.
