For individual (consumer) users, we act as data controller. For users accessing the App through their employer's Workspace, we generally act as data processor on behalf of the Organization. For our own operations (billing, security, fraud prevention, analytics), we act as controller even for Workspace users.

When you use AI Features, your prompts, inputs, attachments, and Connected Tools data are processed to produce AI output. We do not use your User Content to train foundation AI models without your explicit opt-in. We do not sell your personal data. We do not use AI for automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects without appropriate lawful basis and human review.
The App includes AI Features within scope of Article 50 of the EU AI Act. We disclose AI interaction in the App.

Die App enthält KI-Funktionen im Anwendungsbereich von Art. 50 EU-KI-Verordnung.
